Feeling Fancy with Shinka's sushi platters

You simply cannot say you have had the best top notch takeout in Ottawa unless you have tried Shinka Sushi Bar! Chef John Diep is so talented and creates a masterpiece each time!
This work of art I enjoyed recently included the rainbow aburi, Shinka Rainbow, Akami with Sturgeon caviar, Ikura Gunkan, Salmon belly with Ikura, tuna tataki with a sesame crust, fried hamachi soy bean sheet roll, lobster tail roll, hotate gunkan, and the ora king rainbow!! A feast for the eyes and tastebuds all in one!
